Hello, my mouse cursor has a lagging glitch whenever I click on specific windows. It freezes for a split second and then moves. This is especially noticeable when I drag the window. I don't know why it started doing this, but it doesn't happen on other windows. I've tried to reset my PC to see if that fixes it, and it still does it even after resetting my pc..
