Mouse and Keyboard

I recently purchases a new computer, and noticed a very annoying issue, where my mouse and keyboard will randomly freeze for a few seconds. If I'm typing, it will usually repeat the character I last pressed for about 10-20 characters, then stop. The mouse, likewise, jumps around the screen. It's getting very frustrating. It might be helpful to know I use a dock to connect the devices to my PC. This issue seems to be exactly the same as described here. Interestingly, the issue goes away if I'm performing some sort of high intensity activity (such as downloading a game).I've already tried to rei
