Recently my PC crashed. After restarting:Icons for my apps, shortcuts, and files are missing including on the desktop, in File Explorer, and in shell:AppsFolder. I don't see any images for any app on my desktop and in file manager I don't see any icons for files. Note: the icons for the apps I've installed don't seem to be deleted, I can still see icons for them in places like the start menuIf I right click and click properties or if I press alt and enter on a file, which should bring up the properties menu, nothing happens.If I attempt to open Task Manager in any way, nothing happensI have ha
