Most applications on my computer can’t seem to connect to the internet

My internet cutout for 2 or so minutes and once the internet was back up I tried booting steam and Ubisoft connect which ended up not working and said could not connect to internet, I tried every application on my computer but none could work. The strange thing is that all my other devices could work properly. The only thing that did work with internet on my computer is google websites such as YouTube and all google tools(such as gmail). Any other website would not work . Yes this computer is on Ethernet and I’ve rebooted the router and unplugged and replugged the Ethernet cable multiple tim
