More graphical issues after September update

The desktop right click context menu is now loading as transparent and takes a second or two to fill with the correct backgroundIts not every time its opened - but happens regularlyThis issue adds to the notification bell icon using the accent colour when there's already a setting to make the whole taskbar that colour so now you cant tell there's been a notificationThe only improvement Ive seen is the long standing W11 issue with wallpaper transitions flickering unless animations are turned off seems to have improved - all these desktop changes arent mentioned in the change notesI've raised fe
