Monochrome .RW2 Files Displayed in Photos in Color, Panasonic DC-FZ80 Lumix

Good evening,I like taking monochrome, i.e. Black & White pictures with my camera. When I look at them in MS Photos, (not Legacy), my pictures appear in color. I do not want my color pictures to appear in monochrome, so I'm not sure I want to change the Accessibility Settings. What should I do? Am I missing a setting? Wanted to send a Thanks for your time.
