Monitoring svchost.exe Sub Processes

Good day,I have a very interesting issue. Whenever I lock my screen (Windows 11), the fan starts to spin permanently. Not at the highest speed I assume, but actually higher than while I am working on the computer.Trying to troubleshoot it, I figured that svchost.exe was consuming 10-15% CPU while the screen is locked. As soon as I unlock it, it stops immediately. I then did some tracing of CPU load vs. Temperature while locked, and the long flat lines below are the time the computer was locked.
