Monitor turns off & on

Hello, it's more than a 2 weeks that my monitor is turn off randomly and turn on (it's only happening one timeit's happening always when I'm starting to work with the PC I just surf in the internet).I got a brand new PC with brand new monitor, and everything is updated! From windows updates/drivers/firmware/bios & softwares. and it's still the same.I've run a check on sfc/chkdsk all OK.There's no errors, no beeps and no overheating.I spoke with Nvidia and they told me that it's look fine, I spoke with MSI (my monitor is MSI Creator 32 PS321URV), they told me to unplug and reset the monitor
