Monitor randomly losing signal after an action

The specific action was snip and sketch, the monitor was fine up until yesterday night when i used snip and sketch tool.For some odd reason whenever i take a screenshot using Windows Shift S, my monitor just lose signalDoesnt seem to turn on after a restart either, i did nothing with the wire at the back
