Monitor not turning on but pc is lit up.

This pc is 2 months old, So i have checked my monitors and they are fine. I built this pc two months ago and i installed new ram and a new graphics card and a new power supply. Every now and again (not even 10 percent of the time) my pc will randomly stop cutting my monitor on upon boot, and ive fiddled with it multiple times and almost everytime I've gotten it to turn back on has been luck, i usually try re seating and that sometimes works or i just leave it off for a while and that sometimes works. But almost everytime the problem has fixed itself but i wanna know what i can do to prevent it
