Monitor losing signal and blue screening.

This has happened to me a while ago after a few weeks I built my PC (like 2 years ago) where my screen would blackout and say no signal when playing games and it would either require me to restart it or it would auto restart. However it would only occur around once a day. The screen would also sometimes freeze right before blacking out and cause the audio to buzz. Now my screen is blacking out more often and blue screening with error code 'WHEA uncorrectable error' even when not having games open but still occurs more often when playing games, especially on more demanding games.
