Monitor goes black for 5 seconds when i alt tab from a game in fullscreen

I have a laptop and a monitor I usually turn my laptop display off by closing the lid and using my monitor so the display is only detecting that but whenever i alt tab in a fullscreen game my screen goes black that doesn’t happen on windows fullscreen when both my screens are open (duplicate) but i get a whole other glitch where the screen freezes and i have to tab out and tab back in for changes to occur in a screen i tried checking display settings and both screens where on 1920x1080 And both scales are at 100 percent i even factory reset still nothing the weird thing is that didnt happen b
