Monitor Ghosting/Smearing on the right side

I recently bought a new PC with an NEC MultiSync EA223WM monitor. However, I am facing two major issues:1. Horizontal Lines on Startup: Every morning, when I turn on my computer, horizontal lines appear on the screen for a few minutes. After some time, they disappear on their own.2. Ghosting/Shadow Smearing: The biggest issue I am facing is ghosting or shadow smearing. Every object on the screen creates a ghost shadow towards the right side.
