Dear Sir or Madam,
Money has been taken from my account without my authorization/permission.
When I purchased this new computer a few weeks ago, Microsoft allowed for a "Free Trial Period of Office 365". Not once in the agreement did it say that money would be taken from my account without my permission to purchase Office 365 at the end of the free trial. I'm a single parent and a mature student and can ill afford to lose money especially with as mentioned financial constraints.
Please explain to me what has happened and reimburse the sum of £79.99 to my account forthwith.
