I would like to change words and expressions in a Windows 11 language pack, so that it is more like the way it is spoken in my region. Is it possible to somehow edit the words registered in a Windows 11 language pack to change them? Or create a new package using an existent package language as its baseline? If not, is it possible to create a new anguage package from scratch? Thank you.
