Modern wireless headset does not work with USB link

I have a modern Wireless headset that does not work with USB link for teams calls. Its directly connected to Bluetooth and is working fine. The issue started first by The wireless headset stopped working while on call until the USBlink is reconnected or changed to speaker and then to USB link. Now it does not work on Windows at all. My experience with the headphone was never smooth. Sometimes the Noice cancellation does not work and it boosts the noise around you.
