Modern Standby and HDMI-CEC problem

Hello all,I have an issue with Modern Standby and HDMI-CEC-enabled devices. My Intel NUC 11 PC supports sending HDMI-CEC commands to power on/off devices connected to the PC (I have an AV receiver and OLED TV) when it goes to sleep or wakes up. This is configurable in BIOS. It's very convenient when you don't need to touch the IR remotes of the TV and AV receiver. Everything turns on when the PC turns on or wakes up.Unfortunately, when the PC is in Modern Standby, it randomly turns on/off the TV and the receiver due to some background activities.
