Modern(2016) games hang and freezes on startup

Recently built a brand new pc Specs:Motherboard: MAG MSI B650 Tomahawk WifiCPU: Ryzen 5 7600XGPU: Radeon RX 6800RAM: 32GBWindows 11 Homeand had issues playing games like titanfall 2, cyberpunk 2077, and marvel rivals where after launching the game freezes and then timeouts as no response is sent from the game. Trying an older game like team fortress 2 gives no issues and plays fine. Additionally, trying to operate task manger afterwards leads to the application freezing when trying to check performance tab.
