mobile hotspot

how do I remove the limit??? my bandwidth is 330 megabits. my laptop is connected via Ethernet, I have 330 megabits on real terms and speedtest. When i connect my phone tv and etc to a mobile hotspot, it all comes down to 120 megabits. the question is how to remove this restriction because it is clear that the Internet speed does not change below or above 120 megabits.
