Mobile Hotspot Related Question

Laptop has Window 10 and from LAN Ethernet to Laptop the internet is working properly and but when i start mobile hotspot in laptop and connect to my mobile (Apple iphone 14 pro) its not working in my mobile and it is showing that wifi is connected but there is no apps working like instagram, snapchat, youtube etc.
