Mobile Hotspot Edit Button Not Showing

my pc is not showing edit option in mobile hotspot and its only showing 1 option in network and I have a wifi card called reliance pro 3 wifi data card. in my mobile wifi option its showing its name but when I enter any password its showing wrong password and I am trying but I don't know any password or how to edit it because there is no edit option please help me
