MMS Steam protocol does not work in Windows Media Player Legacy

In windows 11, after upgrading from 23H2 to 24H2, the MMS Steam protocol does not work in Windows Media Player LegacyIt worked fine on 23H2, but it can't playing after upgrading Windows 11 to 24H2e.g. mms://192.168.1.100/steam/steam1.wmv
