Primary monitor is 100% scale, second monitor is 150%, 3rd is 150%. After all monitors sleep, and then wake up, windows which are not full screen on the 2nd monitor have the correct overall window size, but their contents are at the wrong dpi, they look smaller. If one of these windows is moved, the window size instantly grows about 2X larger, going of the screen.I thought I found that turning off animations would fix this, because while waking the whole screen would zoom out, aka shrink in size, leaving black bars all around.
