Mixed Reality no signal

When I open Mixed Reality or click Steam VR, my screen says No Signal. 1. Check cable connections. 2. Press Source on your remote to select connected source device. I was able to connect to my Samsung Odyssey Plus the day before. I did update my graphics driver and it still worked until it didn't. After seeing the No Signal message, my only option is to turn off my PC. I uninstalled the GPU, Hololens sensor and headset drivers and mixed reality app as well as unlugged / plugged the HDMI and USB connections. I called Samsung and they told me it was a Windows issue.
