I relocated my documents folder to my (D:\) to alleviate space from C:\ D drive then became a dumping ground for downloads since I didn't specify a downloads folder in D:\ before the location change. I couldn't not create a downloads folder in D:\ after the location change. I also couldn't restore default or move the downloads back to C:\. with error message: "failed to rebuild the list of regular sub-directories under D:\Config.Msi"I took some advice off a forum to move the downloads folder back to C:\, without transferring the entire contents of D drive.
