Mistakenly deleted profileimagepath from registry editor and can no longer log into windows profile

I was trying to install a new version of Windows 10 but the installer kept restarting my pc without applying the update, I googled the problem and was suggested if was a registry issue. Knowing I had changed the registry a long time ago to stop auto updates I followed a guide that had people saying it fixed the problem, the guide recommend deleting the profileimagepath files in (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>SOFTWARE>Microsoft>WindowsNT>CurrentVersion>ProfileList).I did that and now when I try to log into my windows user my password doesn't work.(I backed up only the bottom profile thinkin
