Missing helloface.inf and recognition.inf in win 11 pro (hp x2 pro 612 g2)

I have a brand new hp x2 pro 612 g2 laptop with windows 11. Windows Hello says 'we could not find a compatible camera'. I have tried all the fixes known but can't found helloface.inf and recognition.inf.
