Missing Digital License for Win 10 Pro

I purchased Win 10 Pro upgrade from microsoft store, and I have not received my email with my digital license.I can't upgrade Win 10 to Win 10 Pro without digital license.I'm unable to contact anyone outside of an automated machine who doesn't help and keeps hanging up.Who do I contact to get what I paid for, the Win 10 Pro Digital License that's supposed to be sent to my email, but I have not received it.Yes I've checked spam, old mail, new mail, refreshed the webpage and still nothing.
