Missing Data from Folders Save On the Cloud

I have a new computer due to my old one would not upgrade to Windows 11. The saved data in a lot of my folders were missing. When I set up the new computer, all the folders came over from the Cloud but the last folder where data was being saved were basically empty on my new computer.
