Missing Communication Ports in Device Manager.

I stumbled into a problem while trying to connect an arduino to my computer. No ports were listed on the IDE. I realized that I was missing COM ports in device manager. I tried adding ports back in the device manager by adding legacy hardware, but I got a error code. Below it is pasted. If anyone could help me it would help a lot. If anyone is wondering I am using a lenovo thinkpad t16 gen 2.Windows cannot determine the settings for this device. Consult the documentation that came with this device and use the Resource tab to set the configuration. (Code 34)
