Missing a driver after Windows 10 upate

I have an much older HP laptop that runs fine normally. I don't use it much, but today Windows updated to 22H2. After the installation, I did not have my LAN connection (wifi is working, but still...). I looked in the device manager and I couldn't find anything listed for the hardware. I think this computer uses Realtek. I kind of remember seeing it at one time. So how do I identify the hardware brand and get the driver?
