Missing 2 reciept for purchases made the 14/1 and can't reach support for help

Hello,Missing 2 reciept for purchases made the 14/1 and can't reach support for help. I got the cardinformation and everything. Only problem is that I don't know the account it was made under as it was an upgrade from a home computer to a pro computer. My company purchased the wrong type of computer so to install them properly we had to upgrade. Issue is the purchase was made on a temporary account so can't get the receipts without Microsofts help..
