I work for the ICT department at a school and all out classrooms are outfitted with Microsoft Dispay Adapter V2s on their projectors. Up until this week there have been no issues with them but all of a sudden I'm getting loads of reports that video and audio has become laggy and choppy, with sync issues as well.
Currently I have checked the firmware of the adapters is up to date (it is - many of these adapters have only been installed for a month or so) I suspect a recent Windows update is the culprit. I have also rolled back the most recent windows updates on one of the teacher's laptops, and am awaiting results from their testing.
Please let me know if this is a known issue or if there are any further troubleshooting steps I can take (I have ruled out a display driver issue).
Thanks.
