Minecraft Multiplayer deactivated without me interfering.

I already had some problems with activating Minecraft Multiplayer, because my Microsoft Online-Safety regulations weren’t being saved. I kind of managed to do it though, although I’m still not quite sure what I did wrong. But after a few days of being able to play Minecraft multiplayer, I woke up to a message that says, that Minecraft multiplayer is deactivated, even though I didn’t do anything with my account settings and nobody else has access to them. I checked said Microsoft account settings but they were the same as always and multiplayer was enabled. I tried to just save my settings agai
