Minecraft Launcher Installation Application [Error code 0x80070005]

I have downloaded MinecraftInstaller.exe via minecraft.net on my Windows 10 Home computer (PC). Am logged into the Microsoft Store account. I have checked license box and clicked 'install' button. After that the application needs my administrator approve for "host process for windows service" from verified Microsoft Windows. Then there is screen with text "something went wrong", "couldn't install apllication 0x80070005". I checked forums, my problem is diffrent that install bar doesn't even start :Redirecting
