Minecraft Launcher Download Stuck on Pending

I tried to download the minecraft launcher through the website. It got stuck on either windows is updating or que 2. I cannot update windows no matter how hard I try. Then I tried to download it in the microsoft store and it never even started downloading. It got stuck on pending and now I cannot cancel the download or download anything else. I tried forcefully resetting the store but it still automatically puts me on pending and doesn't allow me to download or update anything else or even stop the download. Help please.Thanks.I think I inserted an incorrect image first from epic games a while
