Minecraft Education not downloading

I've been trying to download Minecraft Education on my Windows device and it is stuck at pending/checking system requirements. The following is a list of things I've tried:- turned off windows defender firewall- tried downloading from both the installer executable and from the Microsoft store- ran installer as administrator- restarted computer and redownloaded installer-checked for updates on drivers and computer For reference, I can download other things from the Microsoft store, but not regular Minecraft. Thanks for any assistance
