Migration Assistant Failed message

[Windows 10]

I have a PC running Windows 10 22h2 and a MacBook Pro running Sonoma 14.7. I'm trying to use Migration assistant but the PC app says "Migration Failed - Migration Assistant requires Windows 10 nor later", which I have. I've turned off the Firewall but still no luck.
