Migrating Windows 10 license through Microsoft account

Hello,Today I changed the majority of the hardware in my PC (cpu, motherboard, gpu, ram, and storage) including the drive that had my Windows 10 install on it. I installed a fresh copy of Windows 10 on my new PC. Both my new PC and old one are connected to the same Microsoft account (this one), my question is can I "migrate" the Windows 10 license to my new PC using an online method, without needing to buy a new Windows 10 license? If not, can I plug the drive with the old Windows 10 installation into my new PC and move the license to my new drive that way?Any help would be greatly appreciated
