Migrated from Google Workspace to MS, now my laptop is a brick

Please help find a solution! I took delivery of a shiny new laptop and as part of the set-up, my IT guys advised me to migrate email systens from Google Workspace to Microsoft. All went very well.Except today I had to visit a client in a very remote area, a pharma company with strict IT policies including no external laptops on their network. "Doesn't really matter", I thought, as I have all the files stored locally too. But now... no network means no access to my laptop.
