Migrate 2008 offline standalone CA to 2016

Hi

I have a 2008 R2 standalone Root CA and a 2008 R2 enterprise subordinate CA.

Can someone suggest steps to migrate these 2 servers to new 2016 servers. DO I need to renew my existing issued certificate?

Steps in details will be appropriated.
