Microsoft's system update can cause compatibility issues with Bluetooth Hands Free audio

Hi，Windows: I am meeting an issue about bluetooth hands free audio. I use phonelink which developed by microsoft to call phone. But the audio of the phone call can't be transferred to the laptop When I use the system's recovery function to clear my laptop， the audio of phone call can be transferred to the laptop as expected. But when i run the system update, the windows will install following Knowledge Base, then the audio of phone call which called by phonelink will can't be transferred to the laptop event if i test this after restarting my laptop.KB2267602KB890830KB5007651KB4023057 So
