I recently had some strange devices on my computer network, so I was calling Microsoft customer service for help. But as soon as I said the word might be hacked, they directed me to a website I could not access from any device or account. I get the following verbiage from their page: "You don't have permission to access "Contact Us - Microsoft Support" on this server." Does Microsoft not care about a customer service experience anymore? Even the phone center now loops the same message regardless of asking for an agent or customer service. It just loops the verbiage and hangs up.
