Microsoft Won't Allow Me to Update Payment Method - Access Denied when trying to contact support.

What in the world is going on here? I'm literally trying to give Microsoft even more money.I need to update my payment method for my account, but when I click on one of the links to do that, the web page does nothing. Then when I go to contact customer support, I get 'Access Denied'.What's going on here?
