Microsoft Windows Update "Microsoft Corporation - Extension - 2.0.13.0"

I received a new Microsoft Windows Update today, January 23, 2025 called "Microsoft Corporation - Extension - 2.0.13.0" see screenshot. I then wanted to Microsoft Bing search the update for the release notes and the only result is an explicit **** site. See the other attached screenshot. Googling it doesn't return any relevant results. I am not going to install this update. Please let me know if this is legitimate!
