Microsoft Windows update Lost my PIN now says something happened your pin isn't available

The windows update lost my f****** pin now when I go it's a setup pin I log into my email account that it asks for but I don't have access to my other email account where has to send another goddamn code to because it's on my computer stupid f****** system. Is there any way to fix this without going through the forgot my password reset up?
