I've had this error 1-2 months ago where when I turn on my PC Windows takes a little longer than usual to start up, and when it starts up and when I log into my PC, explorer.exe is on my taskbar and I can't do anything. I found a fix for this by restarting it on the task manager but I also want to fix it. When I went to the event viewer, I got this message
