Microsoft windows license details

I purchased a Windows license a couple of years ago, which was linked to my email. Later, I bought a new machine that came with Windows Home, and I created a new Outlook account. I've been using this second account most of the time.Now, I need to find the license type associated with my first machine. I tried logging into my Microsoft account using the original email, but I can't find the license. I would appreciate any help with this matter.Thank you!
