Microsoft Windows 11 21H2 update failure

Hello. I am currently running Windows 11 21H2. I made a Windows 10 upgrade years ago. My system is up to date, TPM 2.0 enabled, 16GB of RAM, 75 GB free on system SSD. The update services do not offer me an upgrade to Windows 11 22H2 or 23H2. When I try to install the update through Windows11InstallationAssistant or a bootable flash drive it says "We can not assure your system is capable of running Windows 11" and stops. I've tried various workarounds. Disabling TMP check on installation media, restarting services and deleting cache files, deleting ALL windows 11 updates and reinstalling
