microsoft whiteboard sign in issue

when i open microsoft whiteboard, it goes like this:when i try to sign in my microsoft account, it goes like this:no matter which i choose, it will go back to the first image above.........i tried to reinstall my whiteboard, but in vain.....i tried to remove my account from my pc and sign in again, in vain, too....i tried to choose what in "Use a different account", whiteboard got stuck and i have to kill it from task manager.......nothing works.....
